You have 21 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item. Shipping for exchanges is free of charge. Item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock. To start your exchange please visit www.weavle.net. RETURN

We offer a 100% happiness guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange or send it back within 21 days of purchase for a refund.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• We're not responsible for shipping and handling fees of returns, only exchanges. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Returned items will not be accepted after 21 days from the date of purchase. International orders are final sale.
• If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team hello@weavle.net.
• Swimwear returns will only be accepted if items are unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and hygienic liner still in place. Swimwear (where the hygiene liners have been removed) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.

• Sale items: 20-30% off sale items can be returned within 21 days of receipt for store credit. 40-60% off sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

REFUND

Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been received at our warehouse.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

To receive an update on your order please sign into your account. Your tracking number will be located in your order details. If you checked out as a guest you will receive tracking info via email.
